Megan, 34
Megan has been bravely facing stage 3 breast cancer since August 2022. Despite rapid treatment, she has been unable to work, leading to financial strain for her and her family.
Cruzito, 5
Cruz’s illness began last Fall. His parents explained that he wasn’t acting normal – not eating, not playing and was very sleepy. He was originally diagnosed with a viral infection and his parents were directed to bring him back to the doctor if he didn’t improve in 3 weeks.
Alex, 10
Prior to his diagnosis, Alex had been complaining of headaches and would sometimes complain of double vision. He was an avid baseball player, so his parents chalked it up to dehydration and thought it could possibly be migraines.
